saw videodrome tn at nitehawk, it was good, I loved the colors of the movie red felt to be a prominent color, I love 80s gore and how silly it can be tbh it kinda went over my head I kinda understand it but idk, the first half of the movie reminded me of this movie I saw a while back "thesis" its this movie from Spain and the concept of finding a gore video and trying to trace the orgins, only for chaos to happen was similar to me, I think the movie talked about how damaging porn and violent television can be and how mass consumption of media can be hypnotizing or make someone lose sight or who they truly are, which is something that actually resonates. also how big companies are behind everything!!!!!
